Leather mask, 'The Doctor' (small)

Brilliant tropical colors transform the doctor into a Brazilian entity. A classic character born of 16th century Italian commedia dell'arte, the doctor's nose is long enough to thrust into a bottle of perfume, as he spends his time among the fetid odors of the sickroom. Marc�lio Barroco molds the mask from leather and paints it by hand; his signature is a symbol. It features an elastic band.
